I was just wondering if LANNING is allowed, not pointing out to anyone specific, but most people who offered to host have more than 1 PC and are able to lan which I think is unfair. Is this allowed or not? I think it isn't fair for some of us like me who only have one PC.

You don't need more than 1 pc to lan. And I think it would pretty much be common sense that lanning is not allowed in clan wars...
